Taking a break allows the body and mind to repair damaged cells and regain energy. Often, we overlook the significant role of the subconscious mind and push ourselves to work non-stop, which exhausts our minds. Otherwise, the subconscious mind can handle the task while the conscious mind relaxes. Thank you, Raj, for addressing an important issue.
