Leo, your article speaks a lot about bullying its origin and existence. I absolutely agree that the family environment prepares a bully. But what about those who are bullied? They encounter constant mental and emotional torture leading to some negative changes in their mindset.

Being a Principal I applied B.F Skinner's theory. As we know discipline can be of two types-self-discipline and imposed discipline. Only 2 out of 10 will be self-disciplined. Most of the time lecturing without fear doesn't work what to say kids even adults. People will never follow traffic rules without fear of punishment. Thus, I never left guilty without being severely punished to create fear among those who were in sleeping cells. Thus, only once a year, I had to punish a guilty severely.
