I've heard various stories in India about women being labeled witches with malicious purpose or a terrible scheme. Consequently, they were tortured and murdered. Some mentally ill ladies are reported to have the appearance of a witch at times.

I agree with you, Crystal, that in male-dominated countries, including India where women are adored as goddesses, as well as their vaginas. They are labeled witches, especially in remote rural places.
