It is true our food affects our body, mind, thoughts and behavior simultaneously. Hinduism writes a comprehensive knowledge.

AHAR refers to sustenance. The phrase "Annam Brahma" signifies that food represents the divine Brahman, the creator. An age-old proverb conveys that the quality of our thoughts and actions is influenced by the quality of our food. This maxim emphasizes the significance of what we eat, how we eat, and when we eat.

Healthy food has become a myth. Take 14 hours fasting out of 24 hours. Eat anything in 10 hours maybe a breakfast and lunch. I do it , very effective.
